16 Heads Line polish machines give the stone all the 4 standard finishes. 16 Heads Line Polish machine is rarely found in Indian Marble and Granite industry. It is the symbol of Quality and also helps us in fast output production. Thus, we can manage customers’ supplies before the deadlines.

Export size Gangsaws (3 Gangsaws + 1 Dressing)

A Gangsaw machine is usually used to cut big blocks of Marbles and Granites into slabs.

Fully functioning Gangsaw machines in an export unit converts raw goods into finished or semifinished goods with exact accuracy of thickness of the slabs.

Shubh Grani Marmo owns export size gangsaws to serve our customer’s desires accurately and quickly. The size of the Gangsaw scale depends on the size of stone required.

Fully automated marble and granite unit with 5+ EOTs

Shubh Grani Marmo is equipped with latest and most modern technologies and techniques. We have a fully automated marble and granite unit with 5+ EOTs at our factory unit

The EOT machines manages the day to day movement of the material, handled by the skilled labour under supervision.

The automatic machines help in cutting stone edges truly and finely. Each slab in our unit is non-identical with each other due to the employment of modern machineries at intermediate steps.

Resin Plant + Vacuum for treatment of Slabs

To match the Premium Quality of stone slabs, Shubh Grani Marmo has a Resin Plant.

Resin Plant helps in curing of the slabs with best quality of chemicals (Epoxy) to make it hard, smooth and shiny.

The Resin Plant + Vacuum fills small pours and veins left in the stone slabs. Thus, bringing its strength back and making it more potent for constructive purposes.

Shubh Grani Marmo possesses two giant warehouses to store semifinished and finished slabs for sale. Our warehouses meets the requirements and standards required for an ideal storing system.

Our warehouse management system ensures the safety and quality of finished goods. Shubh Grani Marmo never compromises customer satisfaction.

Several Quarries

Shubh Grani Marmo is well known since 1965 for their quarries from where marbles and granites are extracted in big mountain rocks then converted into blocks. Usually, a quarry is a natural area filled with minerals and stones.

Shubh Grani Marmo maintains standard safety procedures during the mining processes with first aid kits and fire extinguishers. Each worker must have gum boots along with helmet and cushion gloves.

Our quarries are in all over Rajasthan. Some of the famous marbles we extract Rainforest Marble and Kesariyaji Green Marble. Stones extracted from our quarry are premium in quality. The international market has a huge demand for marbles and granites in India.

200+ Blocks

Shubh Grani Marmo gantry of blocks always process 200+ Blocks 365 days in a year to meet continuous demands. Shubh Grani Marmo exports blocks as well to countries like Iran, Dubai, Singapore, Indonesia and many other countries.

The size of blocks varies as per their serving purpose and requirements.

Shubh Grani Marmo provides different sizes and kinds of the stone block to fit every requirement of your infrastructure. The blocks produced are later shipped to domestic and international markets.

Containers

Extra Premium Slabs and Blocks are then packed into containers for export to global markets. Shubh Grani Marmo exports approx. 30+ containers every month to countries like the US, Canada, and the UK with the fastest medium and fastest services.

Export Packaging

Before shipping the container, the packaging team at Shubh Grani Marmo ensures the use of standard packaging material and fumigation of the surface.

Slabs are loaded into wooden crates with accurate export quality sizes. The lacing of wood is fixed in cross patterns to make sure the slabs do not move while containers are moving to avoid any unforeseen damages.

We make sure that the quality of the stone slabs doesn’t degrade during the shipping and packaging process. Till now, we haven’t received any complaints from our customers related to this.
